Skills desired:
- 3-5 years of Object Orientated Programming experience is a must.
- We code in C++, but understand that great coders can come from anywhere and adapt from other languages such as C# and Java.
- Good working knowledge of relational databases and SQL (we use Microsoft SQL Server).
- Knowledge of Embarcadero RAD Studio (Borland Builder), a plus.
- Experience with Agile and Lean development methodologies such as Kanban or Scrum, a plus.
- Experience with Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration, a plus.
