Training on-site

Promax provides on site training courses; Our training courses are structured as follows:

Each course is broken down into logical lessons.

The trainer will go through a PowerPoint presentation for each lesson and software demonstration of the topic. Users will then complete the exercises from the training manual as specified in the PowerPoint presentation.

Each lesson has questions based on frequently asked support questions which are completed individually and then reviewed as a group before the next lesson commences.

Training manuals are provided with space to write notes, and answer review questions.
